In the wake of the Parkland shooting, two important events happened: President Trump had a town hall sit-down with Florida student survivors, parents, teachers and DC community leaders, AND protests erupted against the NRA, and in particular against spokeswoman Dana Loesch. Both Trump and Loesch favor guns to guard against gun violence. After the sit-down, Trump advocated for some well-trained teachers to have a gun at school, and Loesch has long advocated that guns (against guns) actually save lives. However, there’s also been many protests against this thinking since Parkland, and some major companies have already their affiliations with the NRA. Would/should any change come for the protesters as a result of the Trump Town Hall? AND… Where were the protesters calling for
more gun control after the Republican baseball game shooting where Congressman Steve Scalise was shot?

“Shut up and Dribble” …Should basketball stars comment about politics in general, and inject themselves into issues which include military matters, foreign affairs, taxes and the economy, and moral and ethical subjects? Should  they inject themselves into the policies of the President, using F-bomb language when they don’t like a policy or even when they don’t like the President? NBA star, LeBron
James has used such language attacking Pres.Trump’s policies, and conservative TV host Laura Ingram believes LeBron should “ shut up and dribble” because he’s not  nformed, he uses foul language, and he should do what he does best—basketball. Are we into another war on words? Do you agree with James or with Ingram?

Interview: Seth Denson, Health Care Reform Specialist and the President and Co-Founder of GDP Advisors (a health insurance strategy company). Topic: Amazon has quietly launched an exclusive line of over-the- counter health products that could spark a price war and put pressure on store-brand profit margins. Amazon has launched “Basic Care,” a line which will easily compete with name brands in stores, and become a threat to middlemen profits.

Does America need a military parade? This idea was floated by President Trump after he saw the French’s Bastille Day parade in which they showed off some military might. He thought we could do the same down Pennsylvania Avenue, possibly on July 4…akin to the
French’s Bastille Day celebration. Now, Pentagon planners are thinking through the idea for Nov. 11, on our nation’s Veteran’s Day. It may or may not happen, but what do you think? Is this something that would add value in telling the world and our own citizens that we are the mightiest?
