The DNC—where are its leaders? Is the DNC a ship without a rudder? Who is it’s captain? Hillary will (most likely) not run again, so…maybe Bernie Sanders? In an article this week, DNC lawyers argue that the DNC has a right to pick their candidates in back rooms. This, apparently, as a result from a lawsuit filed on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters against the DNC and former chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz for rigging the Democratic primaries in favor of Hillary. The lawyers claim that a court cannot interpret, claim or rule on anything associated with whether the DNC remains neutral in their presidential primaries, presumably because Debbie /DNC weren’t neutral in 2016.

Around the world 600 million girls experience female genital mutilation every day. In the west, this is a horrible goohlish crime, but in many Middle Eastern countries and in Africa, it is a religious practice. Perhaps westerners have no business making judgments about such a tradition in other parts of the world, but now female genital mutilation has come to Livonia, Michigan (at the Burhami Medical Clinic) where two medical doctors and one doctor’s wife have been arrested. All three are members of the Farmington Hill’s Mosque. The Government Accountability office states that girls who have suffered mutilation or are facing it, have grown threefold since 1990. How do we stop this happening in America?

Will Julian Assange be arrested by the Justice Department? There are DC rumors to this effect, but If so, on what grounds? Conspiracy? Theft of government property? Violating the Espionage Act? Freedom of the Press advocates warn that if Justice goes after him, other news outlets could be the next target. Do you agree? Assange runs WikiLeaks, which publishes information given to him, much of which is hacked, confidential material. WikiLeaks operates as a conduit to getting info out to the public. From that standpoint, how is this different from, say, The Drudge Report, or any other news aggregate operating on the web?
