Trump’s Executive Order on travel: Why do you suppose the order is so controversial? Is it because travelers believed travel to the US would be “business as usual” and were disappointed? Is it because the EO targets Muslims? Is it because it targets a religion? Targets refugees? Doesn’t target enough “bad guys?” Or simply because it slows down travel until the administration can (in Trump’s words) “figure this thing out?” Why, exactly do you think it’s such a hot button?

Petitioners can begin collecting names of Californians interested in putting on the 2018 ballot this question-–should California succeed from the Union.
