Black Friday: Optimism that retail number results will be high this holiday season, and that it will continue into the new year. Already the stock market has jumped in anticipation of an Administration that can change the flat-lined economy. So, are you in the mood to spend more because you are hopeful of a perceived change in direction with the nation? If so, what will you spend it on?

Holiday travel time: This is the busiest time of the year and the most stressful. Airlines have added additional stress for the passenger by embracing a do-it- yourself bag handling policy. This is akin to checking out your own groceries at the supermarket. Considering travel makes passengers tired and anxious, why add the burden of tagging one’s own bags, printing luggage tags, weighing the bag, and tracking a bag on smartphones? The airlines now seem to offer zero customer service. If you don’t work for an airline, why should you do their job?

Interview:  Lee McGrath, Attorney and Chief Legislative Counsel for the Institute for Justice. Topic: How a Trump Administration will help reduce IJ’s entrepreneur-style, and free market-style legal caseloads.
