Dallas Police Chief, David Brown, suggested protestors help the police instead of criticizing them. He famously stated “If you can’t lick ’em, join ’em” and “Help Wanted”.  Brown wants to put protesters into uniforms so they can better serve their communities instead of protesting them. Many say he was the “perfect” leader at the “perfect time”.

The Dallas Police used a robot that was equipped with a bomb to kill the killer (Micah Johnson) of five police officers. The Chief said it was the best option to prevent the death of more officers. Robotic cops are probably here to stay amid the many ethical concerns involved in using them.
